WRITER

May Lee-Yang writes poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. She is the author of The Imaginary Day and several other works. She is the author of the children’s book The Imaginary Day (MN Humanities Center) and has been published Bamboo Among the Oaks: Contemporary Writing By Hmong Americans, Water~Stone Literary Journal, and others. Her chapbook, How I Lost My Name: Poems, Prose, and Other Things Without a Name was a 2015 finalist for the Finishing Line Press Chapbook Competition.
